LIMITED SOD WARRANTY AND CANCELLATION POLICY Turfgrass sod is highly perishable in nature and must be promptly installed by you upon delivery or pick up or by our team at United Turf, LLC when hired for installation services. Sod must be watered by the end user the day it is delivered. We guarantee the sod we have purchased from our vendors to be fresh, live and viable at the time of delivery. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If you have any quality concerns please notify us on the day of delivery. Due to the perishability of turfgrass sod, orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Please note, late cancellations will result in a fee of the total amount of the estimate received and you will be billed accordingly.
